Idea π‘
βIn order to be irreplaceable one must always be different.β β Coco Chanel
Reflection π€
Throughout human evolution, it paid off to fit in.
The more you meshed with those around you, the more peace there was. Natural hierarchies would form, and mostly everyone would play their role in survival. For those who decided to be different, the consequences were immense.
Even though this instinct to fit in still lives in our bones, the world has changed its priorities. The biggest rewards go to those willing to be different than the majority.
Action β
Where have you compromised to fit in? Take an action that will set you apart.
About the creator π€

Gabrielle Bonheur "Coco" Chanel was a French fashion designer and businesswoman. The founder and namesake of the Chanel brand and is the only fashion designer listed on Time magazine's list of the 100 most influential people of the 20th century. A prolific fashion creator, Chanel extended her influence beyond couture clothing, realizing her aesthetic design in jewellery, handbags, and fragrance. Her signature scent, Chanel No. 5, has become an iconic product, and Chanel herself designed her famed interlocked-CC monogram, which has been in use since the 1920s.
