Idea 💡

Never contract friendship with a man that is not better than thyself.Confucius

Reflection 🤔

You will end up like those you spend time with.

Achieving a big goal is already hard to do. Achieving it around peers who’s lives, actions, or words don’t support that goal make it nearly impossible.

Do you want to be healthy? find friends who prioritize their health.

Do you want to Grow? Find friends who are growth-minded.

Do you want to be happy? find friends who are happy.

Action ✅

Are your friendships helping or hurting you become who you want to be?

If no, take a step to find community who will.

If yes, appreciate it and let them know you’re grateful.
