Do you want to be healthy? find friends who prioritize their health.
Do you want to Grow? Find friends who are growth-minded.
Do you want to be happy? find friends who are happy.

Are your friendships helping or hurting you become who you want to be?
If no, take a step to find community who will.
If yes, appreciate it and let them know you’re grateful.
