Welcome to Make Daily! This email contains an idea, reflection, and a simple action you can take on your work today.

Idea 💡

"I don't have to choose between high fashion or streetwear. My brand reminds me that it doesn't have to fit in a box. It can just be in a gray area." — Virgil Abloh

Reflection 🤔

Part of Virgil's greatness was his ability to bring two worlds together in a way that had never been seen before.

The greatest creations rest in the center of a Venn diagram of two ideas overlapping in a fresh way. It might feel 'weird' at first, but if you don't put your spin on an idea, you'll just make a worse version of what someone else is already doing.

If you lean into combining your tastes into something new, you will be unstoppable.

Action ✅

Stop playing it safe. Combine your tastes into a new creation today.
